The Philippine SteelFraming Construction and Development Corporation (PSCDC) was founded on November 18, 2005. It was established to provide an alternative steel roof framing solution with guaranteed structural design and safety while serving as complementary to the quality roofing products of Colorsteel.
It started its operations with a sales office in Quebiawan and a fabrication facility in Del Rosario, both in San Fernando, Pampanga.
