The Philippine SteelFraming Construction and Development Corporation (PSCDC) was founded on November 18, 2005. It was established to provide an alternative steel roof framing solution with guaranteed structural design and safety while serving as complementary to the quality roofing products of Colorsteel. It started its operations with a sales office in Quebiawan and a fabrication facility in Del Rosario, both in San Fernando, Pampanga.
With its strong engineering design and construction background, PSCDC was able to secure its contractor’s license from the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) on October 2, 2012. Inspired with this achievement, the company developed a modern building system for poultry and piggery business in addition to its galvanized roof framing systems. In 2012, it successfully launched in the market the Poultry Agriframe Building System or PABS, which was accredited and endorsed by major integrators in the country.
In June 2013, PSCDC built its bigger and modern fabrication facility in Del Rosario Pampanga and invested in additional steel section designs to meet the growing demands of the market. Maximizing its potentials as a contractor, it is likewise involved in construction of warehouses of select clients.
With the resolve to widen its market coverage, the company in 2015 organized its sales and business development group and situated its office in 3rd Fir. CLMC Bldg., EDSA Mandaluyong City.
In the second half of 2015 or near its 10 years of existence, the company decided to invest in a wordclass framing machine that would eventually provide an automated and optimized technology from structural design, forming, fabrication and installation.
In 2021, The Philippine SteelFraming Construction and Development Corporation took bold steps and entered the construction industry through its diversified service offerings. PSCDC takes pride in its wide array of construction services which remarkably evolved over years.
Through years of engineering and construction experience, PSCDC has developed its own steel framing systems, steel building system solutions, and general construction solutions that highlight smart engineering, building strength, construction efficiency, and speed of installation. At present, PSCDC provides complete construction and design services – from structural design and complete building designs to construction of commercial buildings, industrial plants and warehouses, residential houses, institutional buildings and agro-industrial building systems. PSCDC also offers its efficient project management and property management services to its clientele.
